We used to be the greatest
side by side we're each other's best
Needing no one but ourselves
our unity is different from the rest

Being sad is not our thing
yet we still cry about anything
Having fun is what we are all about

Alarm Clock

Every school year starts freshly
like my life that would likely
want to erase everything I remember
from the first time we met each other.

Morning sickness that never gets old
compared to my heart that still gets cold
from the warm smile I used to see
now everything seemed to be like a dream.

Getting up to start the day different
wanting to hear a single lovely compliment
of appreciation with my existence with you
but I guess I'll be living cold hard blue.

I wish that I could be an alarm clock
where I'll wake up in just a tick tock
from the imagination of you and me
will end up being meant to be.

Different New Year

The year came by so fast,
tons of memories were made.
when everything was supposed to be a blast,
your presence started to fade.

Every day I started wondering,
if I really was something
to you when you left me hanging,
from the times we used to be laughing.

Smiles that turned into frowns,
ups that turned into downs,
tears of joy turned into pain,
bright sunlight turned into unbearable rain.

Now all I wish is a different new year,
where I won't have to lay down the tears.
Because now I know my worth,
and my life would be happy without being hurt.

When I was all alone and wishing
to meet a guy who is loving
who will be there to protect and help me
whenever I'm lost and crazy

Then all of a sudden I met you
who looked and felt very true
telling me I'm the best thing you ever had
saying those precious words makes me glad

Without a notice our story ended
after telling me that you only pretended
to love me and served it as a trap
